P31 and P31 SCL Console Installation Guide
Earlier in the installation of your console, you threaded the necessary cables through the frame of
the base equipment and out the opening in the console mount. Gently pull as much loose cable as
you can through the opening in the middle of the console mount before attaching the console.
WARNING Before you connect any cables to the console, make sure that the equip-
ment is not connected to any external power source. For more equipment inform-
ation visit www.precor.com.
NOTE If you are also installing an additional component, such as a PVS or a wireless
audio receiver, review its instructions to coordinate both installations.
BEGIN ASSEMBLY
1. Set the console on the rectangular hook at the bottom of the console mount (Fig. 1).
2. Tilt the console forward and hold it in place.
NOTE Precor recommends that you have an assistant hold the console securely while
you route the cables.
3. Pass all cables through the rectangular opening just above the console mount hook (Fig. 2).
NOTE DO NOT attempt to route any cables through other openings on the mount.
