Powermore 250 Installation - Bosch PowerMore 250 Assembly Information

POWERMORE 250 INSTALLATION

Before you begin using your PowerMore 250 Range Extender test the battery and fully charge it.
For additional information refer to www.bosch-ebike.com. The Bosch Water Bottle Cage will not clear
the shock reservoir if used without an additional offset bracket.
1.) Prepare the bracket for installation. Making
sure to have it oriented correctly checking the
"TOP" indication.
3.) Insert the PowerMore Battery Cable into the
PowerMore 250 Battery until you hear a click
that the tabs have secured it in place.
5.) Route the Powermore Cable behind the brake
line. Insert it into the charging port until you
hear a click that it is secured in place.

2.) Slide the bracket all the way up so the
screws are at the bottom of the slots and secure
the fixing screws to 3Nm.
4.) Slide the PowerMore 250 into the bracket
from the drive side until you hear it click to lock
in place.
6.) Confirm clearance between PowerMore 250
and shock by cycling the shock through its full
stroke.
