Factory Reset

When directed by customer support, and/or as
an attempt to resolve a problem with your X3
Outdoor Temperature & Humidity Sensor, it may
be necessary to perform a factory reset. Factory
resetting your sensor returns it to the factory
default programming and settings. This is a
simple process:
Hold the SET Button for 20 to 30 seconds,
until the LED blinks red and green
alternately, then release the button.
Factory reset is complete when the LED stops
flashing.
Only deleting a device from the app will remove it
from your account
