6. KX Driver (Specific function)
The following section explains the specific functions of the KX driver.
Refer to the KX Printer Drivers Operation Guide regarding general explanations.

* The following procedure is explained as though it is being carried out in Windows XP. If you are using another operating system, use this
procedure simply as reference.
* Depending upon version upgrades of the printer driver, the screenshots shown here may differ somewhat from that of the actual printer driver.
* Depending upon the model of your copier, there may be functions that are not supported or that require optional equipment to be installed. Even
if the settings for such functions are performed, they will not be effective.
Copy Management
You can use this setting when Copy Management is turned ON in the copier. Click on [Administrator Settings] button under [Device Settings] tab
and then, the [Administrator Settings] dialog box will appear. Copy Management for Driver will now be possible.
Job Accounting
You can add a check mark in the [Job Accounting] when Copy Management is
turned ON in the copier.
Use Specific Code
Select [Use Specific Code] check box to use the specific code. The setting
under [Use Specific Code] does not match the setting made in the copier itself,
it will not be possible to print out.
Prompt for Code before printing
Select [Prompt for Code before Printing] check box to check a Management
Code when you try to print. Once a Management Code is registered, the "Print
Option" dialog box will appear when you try to print in order to allow you to enter
your Management Code.
Use Code List
It is possible to register more than one management code. (Refer to 6-2).
