Picture 1: “SCT” CAN module and position of the termination resistor jumper 2. Disconnect power to the Supremo or Maximo central unit and, if present, remove all cables located in the front of the device. 3. Remove the back cover to access the electronics.
• Disconnect the termination resistance connected to the Vetus joystick and connect it to the male connector of the Yacht Controller cable. Connect the other connector of the Yacht Controller cable to the free male connector of the Vetus Joystick.

To use Supremo or Maximo, the Vetus system must be turned on. If the Vetus system is turned off, the Supremo / Maximo central unit will emit a communication signal alarm (one five seconds long beep followed by three short beeps).
