1. Introduction 1.1. General features of the transmitter On the transmitter, there are two levers to control the engines forward and reverse movement, two levers to control the bow and the stern thrusters right and left movement, two buttons to control the anchor winch up and down movement, a button to take command of the system and additionally a button to switch the transmitter On/Off.

WARNING: The transmitter has a system of silicon levers that provides more than 250.000 switch uses instead of the 10.000 switch uses of a mechanical switch. This technology needs particular attention in its use because an excessive pressure on the levers or a wrong direction (see right figure) can break them. The engines levers move just forward and reverse while the bow and stern thrusters levers move just right and left (see left figure).
To view the alarm, wait approximately one / two minutes then connect with a smartphone, tablet or PC to the Maximo Wi-Fi (see paragraph “Wi-Fi connection” on the installer manual). If you do not currently have Wi-Fi connection, consult the following table for help.

The transmitter is equipped with a user non replaceable internal battery, only replaceable by the factory. The battery can be securely charged using the charger provided by Yacht Controller However, other wireless chargers on the market may be compatible. It is necessary to do a full recharge of the transmitter at least once a month, otherwise the battery capacity may be reduced, and decrease the transmitter operation time.
If the transmitter is turned on when it falls into the water it may have irreversible damage. Before using it again TEST IT COMPLETELY WHILE FIRMLY TIED UP AT DOCKSIDE OR IN A SECURE AREA. 5. Warranty Each Yacht Controller system is warranted for 36 months, to the original purchaser from the date of sale by the manufacturer against defects of material and workmanship.
