MST 1 ECO / ECO Light service kit

Check the correct installation and connection of the amalgam separator automatic separator in

accordance with the installation requirements
Carry out disinfection and cleaning of the suction hoses and mouth rinsing basins

Carry out a normal operation test (only on MST 1 ECO)

7.2.5.

Replacement of module 2

Provide new module 2 (without collection vessel).

2 Tilt the locking bracket on module 2 upwards, remove it and place it on a flat, non-slip surface.
3 Open the 4 yellow clip fasteners on module 2.
4 Hold the collection vessel and lift off the upper part.
Place a new module 2 (without collection vessel) on the collection vessel.

Pay attention to the FRONT marking on the collection vessel!
Close the 4 yellow clip fasteners on module 2.

Clean the sealing rings on the left and right in the retaining element with a damp paper towel and grease them with multi-silicone grease (or Vaseline).
7 Carefully push module 2 back into the holder and close the locking clip.
7.2.6.

Replacement of the solenoid valve

Tilt the locking bracket on module 2 upwards, remove it and place it on a flat, non-slip surface.

2 Loosen the screws (3 pieces) on the cover
Remove the cover

4 Loosen the hand nut on the solenoid valve
5 Pull out the solenoid valve
Remove the connection cable from the connector strip

7 Insert new solenoid valve and connect connection cable to connector strip
Fasten solenoid valve with hand nut

9 Put on cover and fasten with screws (3 pieces)
Carefully push module 2 back into the holder and close the locking clip

11 Carry out a normal operation test (see 7.2.3. Normal operation test)
