HEPA filter, and/or pre-filter. Clayton recommends that the bag filter be changed when it is approximately 75% full by volume. Keep in mind that if the debris is something like fine powder it will create more restriction and therefore a greater differential pressure than something like rivet stems. -

SAFE FILTER CHANGE Principle of Operation Safe Filter Change (SFC) uses a second Clayton HEPA vacuum and a Safe Filter Change Hose to create a downdraft within the primary vacuum while changing the bag filter. If this vacuum is used to collect hazardous material, appropriate personal protective equipment may be required. -
