GETTING STARTED INSERTING/REMOVING A MICRO SD CARD With the DVR Mirror Monitor turned off and the screen facing towards you, insert the memory card with the text on the Micro SD Card facing you. Push the memory card in until a click is heard.
CONNECTING POWER SUPPLY TO THE NCP-MIRDVR961 Only use the included charger to power and charge the NCP-MIRDVR961. 1. Once the DVR Mirror Monitor is securely installed onto your vehicle’s rear view mirror, plug the 12/24V DC charger into your vehicle’s 12V input port or power source.
CONNECTING THE REVERSE CAMERA INSTALLATION GUIDE 1. Select a flat and centred location near the number plate lamp at the rear of the vehicle to mount the camera. 2. Attach tape to the bracket of the camera to hold the camera in position while installing, and drill two small holes, one for the first screw, the second to run the reverse camera cable through.
12V input port. AUTO POWER ON/OFF When the NCP-MIRDVR961 is correctly installed and connected to your vehicles’ 12/24V DC power supply, the DVR Mirror Monitor will automatically power on and start recording when the car’s accessories are activated.

RESETTING THE DEVICE If the DVR Mirror Monitor is not functioning normally, try restarting the DVR Mirror Monitor.
PLAYING BACK RECORDED VIDEO ON A PC To playback video files on your PC, it is recommended to connect the Micro SD Card (not included) directly to your PC using either a USB Micro SD Card reader (not included) or if your PC has a Micro SD Card slot, a Micro SD Card converter (not included).

1. Touch the appropriate Function button located between Calibration and Settings of each feature to turn on/off the respective ROA and BSA. 2. Touch the appropriate Settings button to turn on/off the individual audio alerts. 3. Touch the appropriate Calibration button to calibrate settings for ROA and BSA respectively.

PLEASE NOTE: • The red warning zone will not work when reverse gear is engaged. • When either the ROA or BSA is off, the red warning zone will not be highlighted.
11.0 ROA AND BSA CALIBRATION 11.1 ROA CALIBRATION (REAR OBJECT ALERT) Press the Calibration button under ROA. Use the directional arrows to adjust the ROA zone in the centre. You can press the centre square to select specific coordinates for adjustment. Once done, press SAVE to confirm the settings.
11.2 BSA CALIBRATION (BLIND SPOT ASSISTANCE) Press the Calibration button under BSA. Use the directional arrows to adjust the BSA zones on the left and right. You can press the centre square to select specific coordinates on the left and right zones for adjustment. Once done, press SAVE to confirm the settings.
12.0 FILE MANAGEMENT Touch the File Management button to open the File Management window. The saved files can be played back by pressing the selected file. Files triggered by the G- Sensor will be saved under VIDEO LOCK and the pictures under PHOTO.
13.0 DRIVER SETTINGS Touch to open the sub menu for each setting and touch again to confirm settings. Selected setting will have the tick mark next to it. DESCRIPTION FEATURE Loop Recording Touch to set loop recording time. Loop recording allows you to set the duration that the camera will record before creating a new clip.

DRIVER SETTINGS CONT' DESCRIPTION FEATURE Microphone Touch to turn on/off internal microphone. Turning off will mute the voice on the recorded footage. Options: Off / On Default: On ( RED means Off) G-Sensor Touch to change the settings of the built-in G-Sensor. The G-Sensor monitors your vehicle against impact forces and will automatically protect the current recording in the event of a collision.

DRIVER SETTINGS CONT' DESCRIPTION FEATURE Date Stamp To stamp Date and Time on the recorded video. Options: Off / On Default: On Non Mirror Image Change the rear camera image on the DVR Mirror Monitor to a non-mirror image. Irrespective of the selection, this will allow the camera to record license plates correctly.
14.0 SYSTEM SETTINGS DESCRIPTION FEATURE Auto LCD Off Touch to change the Auto LCD Off setting. Setting the screen time out will set the time after which the screen will switch off automatically while the DVR Mirror Monitor will continue recording.
