Navigating in the Imprint Settings
When you have selected the Type of imprint:
• To access the configuration menu of the Type of imprint, press

Advancing or Omitting the Date
The Date Advance function allows you to change the date printed on mail pieces.

How to Change the Date

To change the date that will be printed:
1. Either:

The Imprint screen is displayed.
2. Select Date.
The Date Advance screen is displayed.
3. On the Date Advance screen, you can configure the printed date as follows:

After 5pm, the mailing system automatically advances the
postage date to the next day. When the notification screen pops
up, please press Yes to confirm.
