    4 Probe Technical Specifications SAP4000P is a high-bandwidth power rail probe known for its features such as high bandwidth, low noise, high input impedance and large offset voltage range, making it suitable for power integrity measurements. The SAP4000P power rail probe utilizes the SAPBus interface and is compatible with oscilloscopes that support the SAPBus interface, such as the SDS3000X HD, SDS5000X, SDS6000 Pro, and SDS7000A series oscilloscopes.
