Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts. -

Assembly Flat Bench Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fi t properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so. - Page 14 Step 2: Assembly of Seat to Backrest Cushion Frame Assemble the seat pad (25), back pad (27) and head pad (26) on the backrest cushion frame (3) by using ten screws (24), ten spring washers (20) and ten plain washers (18). Insert the long barbell pipe (2) through the barbell bushing (6) into the upper hole of the barbell rack (1). Attach the pipe plug (7) at the end of the protecting jacket (4) by using one screw (8), one spring washer (13) and one large washer (11).
