    Thank you for purchasing the PSLA 270 3D Printing System. The PSLA 270 is a flexible and efficient projector-based 3D Printing system that produces high-fidelity parts from a broad range of materials. The printer system uses a projection radiation source that enables very high print speeds and new material chemistries that provide production-grade properties.

To open the process- chamber door during a build, the operator must take the following steps: 1.

    Protective clothing includes, but is not limited to: closed-toed shoes, full-length pants, and splash-resistant lab coats or equivalents. 3D Systems recommends using 100% nitrile gloves; however, other chemical- resistant gloves will suffice. Do NOT use latex gloves, as they do not provide complete chemical protection.

    6.2 Power PSLA 270 Printer On Your 3D Systems certified installer should have powered on your system for you. However, if the system or any of its components have unexpectedly shut down, or if you have shut them down, this section describes how to start up the system's components.

The MDM will now pump material into the vat. 7.4 PSLA 270 Prepare and Install the Print Platform Print platforms should be treated with care in order to preserve their shape and coating. Avoid dropping print platforms. Print platforms should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected after every use to ensure print adhesion and to ensure different print materials do not mix.

    7.12 Shut Down the PSLA 270 Printer In general, you should leave the printer in an idle state, rather than shutting it down. This is to keep systems running, such as heaters, that will allow you to print quickly when you want to. If you need to shut the printer down completely, perform the following steps.
