Gas supply to the chamber coverlid (Optional): Connect the Oxygen/Carbogen supply (Tank/Cylinder) to the DMT Gas Supply Manifold. One of the lines from the Manifold is connected to the 114PB Coverlid (figure 2.1 and figure 2.2). Regulate the gas supply to the chamber using the screw on the Gas Supply Manifold or a similar gas regulator. - Page 13 (a 2mm tube is not included with the Pressure Myograph System). The Vacuum Package (#101018/#101052) contains the electronic valve, vacuum waste bottle, vacuum pump, and tubing and fittings.
