7. BELT GRIPPER & Senser assembly
Key Point

1) Attach the FWD/Back BELT GRIPPER to the side
of the PLATE.

2) When assembling the FWD/Back BELT GRIPPER,
ensure that the belt is seated in the groove
between the GRIPPER and BLOCK. (Be careful not
to pinch the belt outside the groove.)

3) Assemble the proximity sensor under the BELT
GRIPPER that goes between the vertical PLATE.
(Use SUS BOLTS.)
4) After assembling the proximity sensor touch

plate on the vertical profile, move the profile to
check the gap and ensure there is no interference
between the proximity sensor and the touch plate.
