Doing so will save you time and ensure that your experience with the new Audio Mini is a positive one. We strongly suggest that you read the complete instructions before beginning the installation process to eliminate the possibility of performing unnecessary work.
SECTION 2 – About your Audio Mini sound system 2.1 Applicable Year Models: This Audio Mini sound system is designed to fit the following E-Z-GO models: • 2023-2024 E-Z-GO VALOR • 2013-2024 E-Z-GO RXV • NOTES: o Must have 54”...
2.3 Warranty: Your Audio Mini comes equipped with a 1 year limited warranty covering the light, the stereo equipment, and the plastic enclosure. The date of warranty coverage will be determined by the registration date of the warranty card or online warranty registration.
2.5 Warnings: This system adds up to 25 lbs. to your vehicle and is located up high on the roof frame. This increases the vehicle’s center of gravity and changes the vehicle dynamics and handling characteristics. Use extra caution as you learn the driving characteristics of your vehicle with your new sound system installed.

Figure 3: Remove the flange nuts that secure the front of the roof. 3. Using an assistant, lift the Audio Mini into position so the slots in the front of the brackets fit around the front roof bolts. Loosely screw the nuts you removed in the step above back in place.

Figure 4: Bolt the front of the Audio Mini to the roof. 4. While your assistant keeps the Audio Mini pressed against the roof, drill a 1/8” hole through the underside of the roof in the rear most hole of the mounting brackets.

See Figure 7. Note: On carts equipped with multiple batteries run in series, we do NOT recommend connecting the Audio Mini across any single 12 Volt battery source. This will unevenly drain the batteries, cause reduced range, and reduce the life of all batteries.

Gas powered golf carts: Connect the red wire ring terminal to the positive battery post. Connect the black ring terminal to the negative battery post. Connect the orange wire ring terminal to a switched 12 volt ignition source.

9. Loosely zip tie the harness to the roof frame support tube and along the underside of the roof until you get to the Audio Mini. Use the supplied stick on zip tie bases to attach along the roof. Make sure you clean and dry the area under the zip tie base with the supplied alcohol wipes.

14. Tighten the Audio Mini brackets to the Audio Mini enclosure (torque the bolts to 7-8 ft*lbs). Make sure you first adjust the Audio Mini down in the slots to leave a small gap between the Audio Mini and the roof. This will improve sound quality.
