    2.3 Warranty: Your Audio Mini comes equipped with a 1 year limited warranty covering the light, the stereo equipment, and the fiberglass enclosure. The date of warranty coverage will be determined by the registration date of the warranty card or online warranty registration.

    2.5 Warnings: This off-road system adds up to 25 lbs. to your vehicle and is located up high on the roll cage. This increases the vehicle’s center of gravity and changes the vehicle dynamics and handling characteristics. Use extra caution as you learn the driving characteristics of your vehicle with your new off-road sound system installed.

    Figure 3: Close up of visor hardware. 2. Align the brackets between the visor and the welded frame mount. Replace the bolts, and loosely tighten the nuts to allow for adjustment of the Audio Mini placement. Verify correct orientation of the mounting brackets. See Figure 4.
  • Page 9 4. Bend the rear-view mirror bracket upwards with a pair of pliers or vice-grips, so that it does not interfere with the lid of the Audio Mini. The bottom of the bracket should be 0 - ½” below the lip of the visor. See Figure 6.
  • Page 10 See Figure 7. Figure 7: Connect the chassis harness to the sound system. 6. Using an assistant, hang the Audio Mini off-road sound system on the brackets using the supplied ¼”-20 bolts and washers (loosely tightened). Note: The sound system weighs up to 25 lbs.

  • Page 12 EDGE FRONT EDGE Figure 10: Audio Mini centered between visor edges. 8. Tighten the 4 mounting bracket bolts after achieving the desired up-down position relative to the visor. Slots in the brackets allow up-down movement. See Figure Figure 11: Up-down positioning of the Audio Mini.

  • Page 14 10. Remove the radiator hood access panel from the front of the vehicle by rotating the ¼ turn clips, lifting, and sliding towards the front of the vehicle. See Figure Figure 13: Remove the radiator hood access panel. 11. Remove the right Torx screw to route the wiring under the plastic panel. See Figure 14.
  • Page 15 If you have a model without the factory busbar, you will need to cut the harness connector off, strip the wires back, and crimp on the included ring terminals. Remove the locknut from each post as you connect the cables, and replace the locknuts to clamp the cables on top of the existing cables.
  • Page 16 13. Reinstall the hood and Torx screw. 14. You are now ready to enjoy the music and lighting provided by your Audio Mini off-road sound system. Basic operation works as follows:  Turn the vehicle ignition switch on to power up the stereo system. (You must press the power button for first time connections or if the power was previously turned off manually.)
