Hello, I cannot seem to increase the temperature of the Della 048-TL-W-W12KI AC unit in amy of the modes? I've tried pushing both sets of buttons on the unit and the remote to increase / decrease the temp. I've also unplugged the unit and also the test / reset button on the power cord. Thanks, Ting
