Email
To set-up Work Email:
Ask your IT administrator if your company supports Good Mobile Messaging or Microsoft Direct Push
Good Mobile Messaging
Shortcut:
Press Start > IM & Email
> Get Good
, then download and install.
(You will need a Good welcome email from your IT administrator to complete this process)
Microsoft Direct Push
Your phone's menus might be different:
1. Press Start > ActiveSync
, then press Menu > Add Server Source.
2. Enter the Exchange Server Address (ask your IT administrator for this address), then press Next.
3. Enter your User Name, Password and Domain (if required), then press Next.
4. Choose if you want to synchronize Contacts, Calendar, Email, and Tasks, then press Finish.
5. Press Sync to synchronize with the Exchange server.
Tip: To change how often your phone checks for email, press Start > ActiveSync
Menu > Schedule. To conserve battery life, choose a longer interval.
