Wireless Data Services
To remove the cable:
1. Disconnect the data cable from your phone.
2. Disconnect the data cable from your computer.

Installing the Software

The Installation software enables packet data service.
During installation, if you receive a message that you do not
have one or more of the required Windows components
installed, see "Setting Up Windows Components" on
page 5.
To install the packet data software:
1. Turn on your iDEN phone.
2. Turn on your computer and start Microsoft
®

3. Insert the Installation CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive.
4. Select "Start", then select "Run".
5. Type d:\setup (or substitute the correct drive letter).
6. Click "OK". The Setup progress window opens. After it closes, the
Welcome window opens.
7. Click "Next". The User Information window opens.
