Troubleshooting
Important!
If you have checked the points described in the list and the problem persists, turn off the vehicle for ten seconds then turn it back on again.
If the problem still persists after restarting the unit, reset the unit by using a small pin to press the reset button on the bottom side of the display.
If you still have problems after applying suggestions above, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
General
No response/ Screen or unit not powered on
/ Bad or incorrect picture quality.
• Restart the unit by turning off the vehicle for
ten seconds, then turning the vehicle back on.
No sound from the unit.
The unit is muted. Adjust the volume.
• Select the correct audio source on the unit.
use
Cannot play a media file.
• The file format on the USB is not supported
by the unit. Change media files.
• The file system of the USB is not supported by
the unit. Change the USB.
No video playback or picture display.
• Video or picture display is enabled only
when the parking brake is engaged, and the
parking brake input wire is connected to your
vehicle. (P.33)
Apple CarPlay/Android Auto
Cannot start Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.
• Verify the pre-attached Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
antenna is tightened. (P.34)
• CarPlay/Android Auto is disabled. Enable
CarPlay (P.14) or Android Auto (P.16).
• For CarPlay, make sure CarPlay is enabled on
your iPhone (Settings
