Volg altijd de veiligheidsvoorschriften voor veilig gebruik. 1.1 Beoogd gebruik Het beoogde gebruik van een sous vide-apparaat is om voedsel op een nauwkeurige en constante lage temperatuur te garen. In plaats van traditionele kookmethoden, waarbij voedsel direct wordt blootgesteld aan hoge temperaturen, maakt sous vide gebruik van een waterbad dat op een exacte temperatuur wordt gehouden.
