Connect the Strengthening Straps to the Wheel Plate Tubes, following the Sub-Steps 1-4 above. Adjust these
straps while seated in the Cockpit with the feet resting on the pedals to prevent the Frame lifting off the ground.

WHEEL PLATE - ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the Large Knob under the Wheel Plate, adjust to the desired angle and tighten to lock the Wheel Plate in
place.
