Take the adjusting bolt out from the kit and install it to the press plate on the top of the glass tube. -

CNC-605A Injector Cleaner & Tester Turn on the power switch on the right of the Cabinet. Pour ultrasonic detergent into the ultrasonic cleaning basin so that the needle valve of the injector is covered by the detergent. Connect the injectors with the right couplers. -

CNC-605A Injector Cleaner & Tester When you do the test, please connect the compressed air. The air pressure into the machine should be adjust to 4~6bar (EFI) or 6~8bar (GDI). If the air pressure is lower than 3bar, this mode will not work If you do test with air, please set the test fuel pressure slightly higher than the air pressure. -

Hi The ultra sonic does not work however its brand new 605a
If the ultrasonic feature is not working on a new SmartSafe CNC-605A, follow the "First Use" procedure:
1. Fill enough test liquid into the machine's tank.
2. Connect the test adaptor to the outlet pipe and insert it into the Fill Port.
3. Power on the machine.
4. Select "System Function," then choose "First Use" function.
5. Run the function.
6. When liquid comes out of the adaptor, stop it. If not stopped manually, it will stop automatically after 30 seconds.
This process primes the system and may resolve ultrasonic function issues caused by empty pipelines or lack of lubrication.
