Specifying When Filtering Applies
Use the Time of Day setting to define time periods during
which Internet filtering is enabled. For example, in a school,
it might be useful to enable Internet filtering during normal
school hours to protect students, but to disable it after
hours to give teachers complete access to the Internet.
Similar policies could be enabled to allow employees
complete access to the Internet after normal business
hours.
Time of Day restrictions only apply to the Web Site Filter,
Custom Sites, and Keywords. Consent and Restrict Web
Features, such as ActiveX, Java, cookies and Web Proxy, are
not affected.
