When another call comes in while having an active call, the phone will produce a Call Waiting tone (stutter tone). The other LINE key will flash in red (GRP2602/GRP2603/2604). Answer the incoming call by pressing on the Answer softkey or the flashing LINE key in the case of GRP2602/GRP2603/GRP2604.
If the “Enable call Waiting” Option is set to NO on WEB GUI under Account X Call Settings the second incoming call will be rejected. Mute During an active call, press the MUTE button to mute/unmute the microphone. The LCD will show the Mute icon on the top of the screen when the call is muted.
