Characteristics Characteristics Mechanical Fixing The triaxial angular rate sensor weighs approx. 200 grams (with cable). Thus, the mechanical fixing must be done carefully. The bottom plate of Type M2836A... is supplied with three fixing points for M5 screws: Fig. 1: Sketch of the bottom plate As shown in the drawing, one fixing point is open side- wards.
41 mA (typical) per channel and axis. ® 3.2.1 Using with Kistler MINIDAU Type M2836A... can be directly connected to a Kistler ® MINIDAU The following instructions have to be followed, though: The current consumption of Type M2836A... lies in ...
Type M2836A... cannot be directly connected to measuring systems and amplifiers whose power supply are 0 V and 10 V potential. Kistler’s APS monitors G2 and G3 and other measurement amplifiers on the market are in this group. To use the angular rate sensors Type M2836A... and Type M2816A…...
Angular Rate Sensor Type M2836A... Maximum Measuring Range Type M2836A... has a maximum measuring range of 1 500°/s at a signal voltage of 2 V. It is possible to exceed the measuring range up to 2,2 V. This means however, the values on linearity and accuracy of the system that are veri- fied in the data sheet cannot be guaranteed for measuring range values that are higher than the specified value.
Characteristics Sensor for Measuring the Translative Acceleration Type M2836A... can optionally be instrumented with an ad- ditional triaxial miniature accelerometer Type M312A…This accelerometer is a piezoresistive sensor. Because of its small height it can be mounted into the housing of Type M2836A...
