    July 2024 Quick Start Guide 2  Weld mounting hardware Note Rosemount-supplied mounting has an integral alignment built into the mounting hardware that assists in the correct drilling of the mounting hole. It also assists in the alignment of the sensor to the mounting hole for insertion.

Ensure the valve stem is positioned so that when the Flo-Tap is installed, the insertion rods will straddle the pipe and the valve handle will be centered between the rods (see Figure 3-1).
