1. INTRODUCTION
Keep this instructions booklet in a safe place, for any information or problems not completely covered
contact professionally trained personnel.
1 SYMBOLS
The warning triangle identifies all the important explanations for personal safety.
Pay attention to these warnings to prevent accidents!
The numeric symbols or letters indicate references to illustrations and parts of the machine like keys,
warning lights etc.
This symbol indicates important information for obtaining better operation ofthe machine.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by:
• Uses not in compliance with foreseen purposes; • Alteration of the cord;
• Alteration of any component of the machine; • Repairs not made ay authorised service centres;
• The use of components or accessories which are not original;
This product complies with the WEEE Directive (2002/06/EC) marking requirements. The affixed label
indicates that you must no discard this electrical/electronic product in domestic household waste. PRODUCT
CATEGORY: With reference to the equipment types in the WEEE Directive Annex I, this product is
classed as category 2 "Small electric household appliances" product.
DO NOT DISPOSE IN DOMESTIC HOUSEHOLD WASTE.
Failure to observe the above points shall result in forfeiture of the warranty.

3. SAFETY RULES
Do not let water come into contact with live parts, this can cause electrocution and short
circuits
3.1 Intended use
The coffee grinder is only intended for household use.
Other improper uses or technical modifications which can injure people or cause property damage are
completely prohibited.
Position the coffee grinder in safe spot, which is well levelled and not subject to flipping over; do not put
sources of heat or open flames near it or above it which could damage the frame.
Do not leave the coffee grinder where it is subject to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.).
3.2 Authorised users
Do not allow the coffee grinder to be used without supervision by children or people who do not know how to
use it. The packaging must be kept out of the reach of children as it is a potential source of danger.
3.3 POWER SUPPLY CORD AND CONNECTION TO THE MAINS
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage on the adhesive plate on the coffee grinder; connect it to
an adequate socket only. If the power supply cord is defected the user must not replace, but contact a
QUICK MILL Authorised Service Centre only.
Do not pull on the power supply cord or the device to unplug it; do not touch it with wet hands.
To prevent dangerous overheating, unwind the entire length of the power supply cord.
