Die Leitungen vor dem Anschließen an die Pumpe sorgfältig reinigen. Die Ansaugleitung muss einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der dem Durchmesser des Ansaugstutzens der Pumpe entspricht (für größere Durchmesser Varisco konsultieren). Falls möglich Kurven, Kniestücke oder Drosselungen vermeiden, die den Zufluss der Flüssigkeit zur Pumpe behindern können. -

JB / JD BETRIEBS-UND WARTUNGSANLEITUNGEN - 37 Dichtung mit Spülung Vor Inbetriebnahme der Pumpe schließen Sie an die Spülbohrungen der Gleitringdichtung die Spülleitungen an. Die Sperrflüssigkeit muss mit einem Sperrdruck von 2 bar über dem Betriebsdruck der Pumpe beaufschlagt sein. Vor dem Starten der Pumpe und während ihres Betriebs sicherstellen, dass ein konstanter Wasserfluss für die Spülung der Dichtung vorhanden ist. -

Austausch der Lager: - Das Pumpengehäuse entleeren wie in Abschnitt 7 gezeigt. GARANTÍA Todos los productos de VARISCO SpA cuentan con un período de garantía de 12 meses desde la fecha de la puesta en función; de todas maneras, el período máximo de la misma es de 18 meses desde la fecha de entrega. La tubería de aspiración debe tener un diámetro igual al de la boca de aspiración de la bomba (para diámetros superiores consultar la Varisco). Evitar, si posible, curvas, codos o estrangu- lamientos que puedan limitar el aflujo de líquido a la bomba. No montar la válvula de fondo: la bomba cuenta con una válvula antirretorno incorporada. -

JB / JD ISTRUCCIONES PARA EL USO Y MANTENIMENTO - ANEXO 1 JD MONOBLOQUE Mantenimiento de los cojinetes serie JD MONOBLOCCO • l a pompa se suministra con dos cojinetes del tipo 2RS1, blindados en ambos lados, con una cantidad de grasa suficiente para la durabilidad de empleo. Sustitución de los cojinetes: - vaciar el cuerpo de la bomba como se indica en el apartado 7. Atención: pudieran quedar restos de líquido en el cuerpo de la bomba, en el portamotor, en el conducto de aspiración; tomar las debidas precauciones si el líquido es peligroso (inflamable, corrosivo, venenoso, infectado, etc.). - quitar los tornillos y las arandelas (04.2, 04.3) de la campana (04) - extraer el grupo de bombeo con el rodete (03), el plato (02.1), el porta-motor (19) y el eje (07) - quitar el rodete (03) y el cierre (25) - desenroscar los tornillos (55) para quitar la protección del cojinete (08) - extraer el eje (07) con los respectivos cojinetes (58 - 59) de la parte de la campana (04) - quitar el anillo (63) y los cojinetes (58 - 59) mediante un extractor o una prensa. - para el montaje operar en el sentido inverso. - Page 57 LET OP DE POMP NIET IN BEDRIJF STELLEN VOOR DEZE HANDLEIDING GELEZEN EN GOED BEGREPEN TE HEBBEN. GARANTIE Op alle producten van VARISCO SpA wordt een garantie verleend van 12 maanden vanaf de datum van eerste inbedrijfstelling en in ieder geval niet langer dan 18 maanden vanaf de leveringsdatum. Maak de leidingen zorgvuldig schoon vooraleer ze op de pomp aan te sluiten. De aanzuigleiding moet een diameter hebben die overeenstemt met die van de aanzuigopening van de pomp (voor grotere diameters moet men VARISCO raadplegen). Vermijd indien mogelijk bochten, elleboogstukken of vernauwingen, die de toestroom van vloeistof naar de pomp kunnen beperken. -

JB / JD INSTRUCTIES VOOR HET GEBRUIK EN ONDERHOUD - UITLIJNING Vooraleer de pomp in werking te stellen, is het van belang de uitlijning van de componenten van de groep (koppeling/motor) te controleren. Voor de groepen met grondplaat werd de correcte uitlijning uitgevoerd in de fabriek. Bij aankomst op de installatieplaats moet echter een nieuwe controle uitgevoerd worden: - plaats de grondplaat op het oppervlak van de sokkel en steek de ankerbouten in de gaten van de grondplaat zonder ze volledig vast te schroeven. - Page 62 JB / JD INSTRUCTIES VOOR HET GEBRUIK EN ONDERHOUD - fig. 18 12.2 De rotor vervangen (fig. 18) - Maak het pomplichaam leeg zoals aangeduid in paragraaf 7. Opgepast: vloeistofresiduen kunnen in het pomphuis, in de motorhouder en in de aanzuigleiding achterblijven; neem de gepaste voorzorgsmaatregelen indien het gaat om een gevaarlijke vloeistof (ontvlambaar, corrosief, giftig, besmet).

Controleer voor de pomp in werking wordt gesteld en terwijl ze werkt dat er een constante waterstroom in de dichting is. -
