    La Varisco costruisce filtri con cestello intercambiabile, apribili senza utensili (fig. 5). Si veda dallo schema la posizione consigliata di montaggio. Tale posizione permette una rapida pulizia del cestello.

Steel base plates supplied by Varisco meet these requirements. The foundation on which the base plate is to be mounted should be perfectly level and at least 50-100 mm wider than the base plate.

Die von Varisco gelieferten Unterbauten aus Stahl erfüllen diese Bedingungen. Die Fundamentfläche mit perfekter Ausrichtung und 50 - 100 mm größer als der Unterbau vorbereiten. Gegebenenfalls zusätzliche Dickenstücke an den Verankerungsschrauben verwenden und Verformungen der Struktur unbedingt vermeiden.

    BETRIEBS- UND WARTUNGSANLEITUNGEN - V STARTEN Während der Phase des Startend der Pumpen muss in besonderer Weise auf die im Folgenden aufgeführten Punkte geachtet werden, um teure Zwischenfälle zu vermeiden. Vor dem Starten der Pumpe müssen die folgenden Punkte kontrolliert werden: ❑...

De basisdelen van staal die door Varisco geleverd worden, voldoen aan deze vereisten. Maak een funderingsvlak gereed met een perfecte uitlijning en 50-100 mm groter dan de basis. Z ainstalować w kanale ssawnym filtr, aby zatrzymać ewentualne zanieczyszczenia lub ciała obce w cieczy, które mogłyby spowodować zablokowanie pompy. Koszyk filtra musi mieć wystarczająco dużą swobodną powierzchnię przepływu, aby uniknąć nadmiernych spadków ciśnienia na wlocie pompy. Zwrócić szczególną uwagę na rozmiar filtra: w przypadku dużych lepkości zaleca się szerokie zwymiarowanie filtra. Oczka siatki muszą być na tyle duże, aby nie utrudniały prawidłowego funkcjonowania. Maksymalne wielkości oczek filtra dla różnych wielkości: patrz tabela na str. 5. Z amontować filtr w taki sposób, aby można go było łatwo wyczyścić. Zwrócić uwagę przy montażu filtra: przepływ musi być zgodny z zaleceniami producenta i w każdym przypadku skierowany od wewnątrz na zewnątrz wkładu. INTRODUCTION The correct operating position of the standard V pump requires the pump shaft to be horizontal and all other positions are not recommended. Specific situations and limited space may require a vertical set-up.
  • Page 133 START UP FOR UNDER HEAD INSTALLATION. The liquid fills the pump body, therefore the non-priming problem does not arise. At the first start-up, a 4 bar delivery counter pressure must always be generated to ensure the air in the mechanical seal area is discharged. START UP FOR OVERHEAD INSTALLATION. The overhead installation is considered special. Therefore, it must be agreed during the request for an offer and approved by Varisco S.r.l. To prevent the pump from operating without a liquid flow and no priming, fill the pump body with liquid using a filler cap on the pump delivery pipe and implement system precautions that keep it full of liquid for subsequent start-ups (dry operation is not allowed). Care must be taken to discharge the air from the sealed door by increasing the delivery pressure up to 4 bar. Priming the pump requires minimum rotation speed according to the specific instructions provided by our sales department. Once the minimum necessary rotation for priming the pump has been reached, the rated operating speed can drop without the pump de-priming.

La pompe doit être remplie de liquide après avoir raccordé les tuyaux. DÉMARRAGE POUR L’INSTALLATION SOUS BATTANT. Le liquide remplit le corps de la pompe, par conséquent aucun problème de non amorçage. Lors du premier démarrage, une contre-pression de refoulement de 4 bar doit toujours être générée pour assurer le vidage de l’air présent dans la zone de la garniture mécanique. DÉMARRAGE POUR L’INSTALLATION SUR BATTANT. L’installation sur battant est considérée spéciale. Par conséquent, elle doit être convenue lors de la demande d’offre et approuvée par Varisco S.r.l. Pour éviter que la pompe puisse fonctionner sans flux de liquide et qu’elle ne se déclenche pas, remplir le corps de la pompe de liquide à travers le bouchon de remplissage situé sur le tuyau de refoulement de la pompe et adopter des systèmes qui lui permettent d’être toujours plein de liquide pour les démarrages ultérieurs (le fonctionnement à sec n’est pas autorisé). Il faut avoir soin d’éliminer l’air du porte-joint en augmentant la pression de refoulement jusqu’à 4 bar. L’amorçage de la pompe nécessite une vitesse de rotation minimale conformément aux instructions dédiées et fournies par notre bureau commercial. Lorsque la rotation minimale nécessaire à l’amorçage de la pompe est atteinte, la vitesse nominale de fonctionnement peut diminuer sans le désamorçage de la pompe.

EINLEITUNG Die richtige Betriebsposition der Standard-V-Pumpe sieht eine horizontale Pumpenwelle vor, alle anderen Positionen werden nicht empfohlen. Besondere Situationen oder begrenzte Platzverhältnisse, können eine vertikale Installation erfordern. Die vertikale V-Pumpe wird werkseitig speziell für diesen Zweck mit folgender Ausstattung hergestellt: Mechanische Dichtung und +O2 (Fass). § Dieser mit Öl gefüllte Behälter sorgt dafür, dass die Dichtung stets geschmiert ist und verhindert Trockenlauf. Diese Lösung V-Pumpe - Vertikale Ausführung vermeidet die Bildung von Luftblasen, die eine sachgemäße Schmierung behindern und die Dichtungen beschädigen können.
