SureCall warranties its products for three years from the date of
purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Products returned by customers must be in their original, un-modified
condition, shipped at the customer's expense in the original or
protective packaging with proof-of-purchase documentation enclosed
and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number printed clearly
on the outside of the shipping container. RMA numbers are obtained by
contacting Customer Support.
This warranty does not apply to any product determined by SureCall
to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that
alters or damages the product's physical or electronic properties.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Select a location for the outside antenna that is above the roofline. The
outside antenna is omni-directional, which receives and sends signals
in a 360º radius. For maximum performance, mount the antenna at the
highest possible location outside the vehicle and in an upright position.
This can be accomplished by utilizing the included mounting hardware
and positioning the antenna above the roof line and at least a 12-inch
radius clear of obstructions and other radiating elements.
NOTE: The outside antenna must not be collocated or operating with
any other antenna or booster. Maximum height restriction is 31 feet 9
inches (10 meters) above ground.
A "soft installation" should first be performed by running
the cable through an open window. After completing the
installation steps and successful operation is verified,
proceed with permanent installation.
1. INSTALL OUTSIDE ANTENNA
L-bracket

Mount the antenna to a pole or ladder. Position it upright position such
that the entire length of the antenna is above the roof line of the RV and
other metal obstructions.
Assemble the L-Bracket with U-bolts, brackets, nuts and washers and
secure to mast or pole as shown in the illustration.
Secure antenna to the horizontal plate of L-Bracket using screws.
