1. Installation
1.1 DIN Slot Mounting
Mounted by 35mm-width DIN slots, the expansion module connects
each other with snap-fit, which you can push it along the front direction of
the module to fasten modules tightly. Then, users can open the DIN snap-fit
at the bottom of the module and lock the bottom onto the DIN rail; Rotate
module close to the DIN guide rail and close the DIN snap-fit with a
double-checking, as the following figure:

1.2 Cable connection and specification
It is recommended to use
insulated terminal ends to ensure the quality of the wiring. The following
table lists the cross-section and models of the recommended cables.

Fix the finished cable end on the PLC terminal by the screw in a correct
position and 0.5 ~ 0.8Nm tightening torque, to ensure reliable connection
without damaging the screw.

the notice when wiring:
It is recommended to use a shielded twisted-pair cable, keeping far
①
away from the power cable or other interference
② If there is interference in the external electrical wiring and the input
signal fluctuates, you can connect a smoothing capacitor (0.1μF ~ 0.47
μF /25V);
③ If the current input is used in current channel, you need short-circuit
the voltage input terminal and the current input terminal;
④ The ground terminal is well connected.
⑤ The shielding layer of signal wire is well connected.
⑥ The +10VDC signal( ± 1% ) can be output between VREF and GND
terminals, with a 60mA output overload protection.
