TITAN 2.0 SKIPLOADER USER MANUAL *Not required with a sheeting system. (Optional on Skiploader) 3.8 ADJUSTING CONTAINER STOPS Manual Operation is described here - see optional hydraulic locks operation instructions on section 4.2, step 13. When the skip container is positioned on the floor bed, it must rest against the front stops and must be in between the side stops.
Page 26
Using Shorteners: When necessary, shorten the chain slings before lifting the skip container. HYVA offers grab hooks and shortening clutches for this purpose. Shorten the slings in such a way that the container and load is balanced. The complete sling must still hang free from arms / container when the hook is applied.
TITAN 2.0 SKIPLOADER USER MANUAL Grab Hook: The Grab Hook is symmetrical and can be loaded from both sides. Make sure to use the correct side, so that the lifting hook / plate / eye can be positioned correctly to the lug. Use as follows: Ensure that the load pin and retaining pin of the grab hook are fixed properly.
