Page 3 Step 1 1. Place Top Frame (1) upside down and on a soft surface (carpet ,towel or ETC) . 2. Fasten Legs (3) (4) to Top Frame (1) using Allen screws (C), Spring washers (D) and Flat washers (E) ,tighten with Allen wrench (F).
