Installing Batteries
The camera's exposure control and shutter systems
will
not function unless batteries are installed in the camera.
Always make sure that batteries are installed properly .

Open the battery compartment cover at the base of
the camera by turning it in the d irect ion of the arrow
w ith the edge of a co in.

Insert two 1.5V sil ver-ox ide batte ri es (Eveready S76,
Ucar S76 , Mal lory MS-76 or equivalent) into the battery
compartm ent in accordance w ith the po larity d iagram s
on the holder. Then, repla ce the holder inside the com-
partment and tighten the battery compartment cover.
