3 Product Description
3.1
General
The EE650 air velocity sensor is dedicated for accurate and reliable measurement in building automation and
ventilation applications.
The device employs an air velocity sensing element, which operates on the thermal anemometer principle. It
features an innovative and very robust sensing element manufactured in thin-film technology and with state-of-
the-art transfer molding. The construction of the sensing head results in a very low angle dependency, which
facilitates installation. The mounting flange allows for easy adjustment of the immersion depth.
The measuring range and the response time of the EE650 can be selected with the jumpers on the electronics
board, refer to chapter 6.1 Analogue Settings.
