    Specific Safety Rules ™ Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter Protection: The CoilPro is provided with a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) built into the power supply cord. This device provides additional protection from the risk of electric shock. Should replacement of the plug or cord become necessary, use only identical replacement parts that include GFCI protection.

    Deep-Cycle High Output 12 volt Sealed Lead Acid Battery, which will provide many hours of intermittent use when fully charged. 2. With Goodway’s Ultra-Fast Intelligent Charging System, it will take approximately 31⁄2 hours to charge a fully discharged battery.

    To continue operation, replace the battery with a fully charged battery (available from Goodway) or plug the unit in to a normal AC power outlet.

If the CoilPro is to be run from battery power, you must first flip the Power Switch to the desired flow rate, then depress the Battery Start button to initiate the Low Voltage Battery Cutoff Circuit. Each time you flip the Power Switch to a flow rate setting, you must depress the Battery Start button. For example, if you turn the unit “Off”...

    Long Term Storage Preparation ™ 1. To protect the CoilPro from damage, chemical and/or water should be drained from the tanks before the unit is placed in long term storage. 2. If the unit is to be stored for an extended period of time in an unheated location, unit should be winterized with a 75% anti-freeze (ethylene glycol based) to 25% water mix.

    Yes. Extra batteries and an independent external charger are available. 5. Can I use other batteries in the CoilPro™? Buy replacement batteries from Goodway Technologies. 6. Can the battery be damaged or “ruined” by over-discharging or over-charging? Sealed Lead Acid batteries (used in the CoilPro™) can be damaged by over-discharging or over- charging.
  • Page 20 9. At what rate does the CoilPro™ inject the chemical into the water flow? ™ The CoilPro is set for ~6 to 1 chemical injection (~6 parts water, 1 part chemical). This is set at the factory and cannot be change in the field. 10.

    Accessories / Spares Hoses & Nozzles: The nozzle orifices (holes) affect pressure. Over time, water pressure will wear the orifices in your nozzle. A worn nozzle can result in pressure drop and reduce the effectiveness of your coil cleaning. Nozzles need to be replaced periodically as normal wear occurs.
