What you need to assemble the product Flat head screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver, Mallet (soft headed); Parts list Box 1: 2 x Long Bottom Rails (P1); 2 x Short Bottom Rails (P2); 1 x Left Side Panel (P10); 1 x Right Side Panel (P6); 1 x Upper Drawer Front (P12);... - Page 6 Step 1 You will need 10 x Bolts (H4) Phillips head screwdriver Attach 2 x long Bottom Rails (P1) and 2 x Short Bottom Rails (P2) to Bottom Panel (P3) Step 2 You will need (H1) 24 x Cam Bolts 17 x Dowels (H1) (H3)
- Page 7 Step 3 (H6) (H7) You will need (H6) (H9) 18 x Screws 3 x Runner (H6) Tracks(H7) 3 x Runner Phillips head Tracks(H9) screwdriver Attach 3 x Right Runner Tracks (H9) to Right Side Panel (P6) and attach 3 x Left Runner Tracks (H7) to Left Side Panel (P10) with 18 x Screws (H6) by using a Philips head screwdriver.
- Page 8 Raw side face inside Step 6 Insert the Middle Back Panel (P9) in place as shown. Step 7 You will need 5 x Cam Nuts Phillips head (H2) screwdriver Insert 5 x Cam Nuts (H2) into (P4), (P5), (P7) & (P8), rotate the Cam Nuts, so the arrow points towards the incoming Cam Botls.
- Page 9 Step 9 You will need 6 x Cam Nuts Phillips head (H2) screwdriver Insert 6 x Cam Nuts (H2) into (P4), (P6) & (P10), rotate the Cam Nuts, so the arrow points towards the incoming Cam Bolts. Attach Top Panel (P11) to Left Side Panel (P10), Right Side Panel (P6) and Upper Back (P4).
- Page 10 Step 11 You will need 15 x Cam Nuts Phillips head (H2) screwdriver Insert 15 x Cam Nuts into Drawer Side (P13), (P14) and Drawer Bottom Support (P16). Rotate the Cam Nuts, so the arrow point towards the incoming Cam Bolts. Attach 3 x Left Drawer Side (P14), 3 x Right Drawer Side (P13) and 3 x Drawer Bottom support (P16) to the Drawer Front (P12), (P18) and (P19).
- Page 11 Step 13 You will need 3 x Cam Nuts 12 x Screws (H2) (H5) Phillips head screwdriver Insert 3 x Cam Nuts into 3 x Drawer Bottom support (P16). Rotate the Cam Nuts, so the arrow point towards the incoming Cam Bolts. Turn the Cam Nuts clockwise to tighten. Attach 3 x Drawer Back (P17) to 3 x Left Drawer Side (P13) and 3 x Right Drawer Side (P14) with 12 x Screws (H5) by using a Phillips head screwdriver.
- Page 12 Step 15 You will need 4 x Cover (H14) To insert the drawers, just gently put the left and right drawer runner on the Left and right track runner and push the drawers close. Step 16 We strongly advise that you use the wall safety strap provided to prevent the unit toppling over.
