New replacement BU3512 and battery still doesn't charge when in the stand. (Same problem with original unit). Only get blinking red light when pushing STAART.

The blinking red light and failure to charge may indicate a motor or battery-related issue. According to the context:

- If two Battery LEDs and ECO LEDs are blinking, it's a critical system failure.
- If all 4 Battery Icons are pulsing, it indicates a floor nozzle temperature issue and suggests checking for clogs or jams.

Since the BU3512 battery is in the stand and the unit is not charging with a blinking red light, this likely points to a critical system failure or temperature-related issue. You should check for blockages, ensure proper battery placement, allow the unit to cool down for 20 minutes, and if the issue continues, contact the call center.

The only light that comes on is at the top of the dock. No battery or other LEDs showing. This is the first attempt to charge the battery.
