Disassembly NOTE: Save all OEM parts until installation is complete! 1. Use a T10H star head bit to remove the six bolts holding the top of the grill to the radiator mount. (Figure 1) Figure 1 2. Use a T10H star bit to remove the four bolts holding the lower portion of the wheel well on. - Page 8 disassembly 4. Remove the last wheel well bolt. (Figure 4) 5. Pull the wheel well liner back to access the two 7mm bolts holding valance to the fender. Use a 7mm socket to remove the two bolts. With the bolts removed pull the valance away from the fender and headlights.
- Page 9 disassembly 6. Use a 15mm socket to remove the four bolts holding the skid plate on. Remove the skid plate from the truck. (Figure 7) Figure 7 7. Remove the lower two bolts holding the bumper and grill in place. Remove the bumper and grill from the truck.
- Page 10 disassembly 9. Remove the plastic air dam at the base of the louver mount. Use a pry tool to remove the three push pins and body clips. (Figure 10) Figure 10 10. Use a 15mm socket and wrench to remove the tow hooks from the truck.

Installation Figure 13 12. Use a cutting tool to cut along the line and remove the center section from the bumper. to remove the center trim off the center gussets at the base of the grill. (Figure 14) Figure 14 13. - Page 12 Installation 14. If installing a winch: Do so at this time using the manufacturers provided hardware. Install the front two bolts in the winch and leave a 1/4” gab. Slide the winch into the bumper and drop the front two bolts into the winch tray holes, slide the winch forward until the back two holes line up and tighten the winch in place.
- Page 13 Installation 17. Adjust the bumper as desired and fully tighten all mounting hardware. 18. Use a marker and 3/8” drill bit to mark and drill the side holes in the wheel well plastic. Use the provided stainless steel 3/8” button head bolts, washers and nuts to fasten the side plastic in place.
