To customize the volume of a large cup of cappuccino, press the Cappuccino button twice. The machine will beep three times and start frothing milk. When the desired amount of frothed milk is reached, press the Cappuccino button again. The milk isn't frothing in my casa brews 3700 pro expresso machine. I run the clean cycle after every use. When I noticed the milk wasn't frothing I completed the descaling described in the user manual. The milk still isn't frothing.
