Questions and answers
The coffee does not run out of the filter holder. Hot water remains in the coffee inside of the filter holder but does not run into the cup below. I have reviewed all the possible causes in the manual. It is not for those reasons. what should I do?
I followed a dumb YouTube video and now the machine is blocked with baking soda. When I select either cup for brewing, the machine turns on but no water comes out of either frother or espresso. How do I fix it? How do I open the machine to look for a blockage?
