1. Leg assembly: 1) Use the packing materials under the furnace body, take the right front leg (18) and right rear leg (17), Assemble them into the furnace body through the support hole according to the drawing using screws(C) and gaskets(H). 2) Remove the left front leg (20) and left rear leg (19), Assemble them into the furnace body through the support hole according to the drawing using screws(C) and gaskets(H).

3.Wheels assembly 1.Take out the wheel (24), axle (27), flat washer (E), spring washer (F), and cap nut (G). Assemble them in order according to the diagram from the outside to the inside, and tighten them after assembling. The assembly method on both sides is the same. 2.Place the entire machine upright and use a screwdriver (A) to tighten all the leg screws.

6.Lid handle assembly 1. As shown in the picture, use screws(K) to pass through the washers(L) , lid (10) and lid handle base (9) assemble in sequence into the lid handle (46). The installation method on the other side is the same. After assembly, use an open-ended wrench to tighten it. 7.The chimney, the chimney cap assembly 1.

9.Heat Baffle assembly 1.Place the lower bracket of Heat Baffle (15) onto the bracket of Heat Baffle , as shown in Figure left. 2.After placement, see Figure right. 10.Grease Drain Pan assembly 1.Insert the two square holes at the left end of Grease Drain Pan into the two corners of the bracket in the furnace body, as shown in Figure left.

11.Installing the cooking grate and warming rack,Handle ,shelf 1.Install the Porcelain Grills (4) and Warming Rack (3) into the Chamber. 2.As shown in the figure right, use screws (I) to pass through the legs, frame handle base (26), frame handle (22), and nuts to assemble in sequence.
Temperature Dial to any cooking setting desired. 5.If this step is not successful, see TROUBLESHOOTING or contact Z GRILLS Technical Support to help diagnose the problem.
OPERATING TIPS 1.Like all grills, the actual temperature of this grill and the cooking times will be affected by external temperature, humidity, wind conditions, quality of pellets, etc. 2.It is beneficial to shelter your grill from the wind. This will aid in temperature output, heat retention and heat recovery time when the lid is open.
2.It is highly recommended that you use Z GRILLS Cover to protect your grill . 3.You can use a high-quality car wax on the outside surfaces of your grill to protect it’s finish.

Clean the ash from the interior of the grill periodically. If excessive ash is in the firepot, it may cause the fire to go out. This is especially true in the SMOKE setting. A shop vac is an excellent tool to use for removing the ash. WARNING: MAKE SURE THE GRILL FIRE IS OUT, THE UNIT IS OFF, UNPLUGGED AND COLD BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN ASH FROM THE GRILL.
