The PowerTech MB3764 is a 12V 850A jump starter, meaning it can provide a high current boost to start a 12V car battery. However, it is not designed to charge a 12V car battery like a traditional battery charger. It is meant to provide enough power to start the vehicle when the battery is weak or dead.
