ABOUT THIS MANUAL Please carefully read the entire manual before installation and first use. The manual will help you to quickly set up the system and explains how to safely use it. Make sure that all persons exercising with the equipment (especially children and persons with physical, sensory, mental or motor disabilities) are informed about this manual and its contents in advance.

Personal Safety ⚠ DANGER Before you start using the equipment, you should consult your physician that this type of exercise is suitable for you from a health perspective. Particularly affected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.
Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.
ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suffocation for children. Keep children away from the equipment during assembly. ⚠ WARNING Pay attention to the instructions attached to the equipment in order to reduce the risk of injuries.
Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so. Step 2: Assembly of the Top Frame Assemble the left and right upright frame (7L & 8R) to the foot plate (1) with eight screws (47). Insert two pulleys (29) into the top frame (9) and attach top frame (9) to the connector frame (10) with two bolts (37), four washers (52) and two nuts (57).

Step 3: Assembly of the Base Frames Attach two plugs (46) to the base frame (2). Attach the base frames (2 & 3 & 4) to the foot plate (1) wth six bolts (41) and six spring washers (53).

Step 4: Assembly of the Weight Plates Insert the two guide rods (5) into the bottom of the foot plate (1). Slide two springs (26), two bigger washers (25) and two rubber cushions (24) onto one end of each guide rod (5). NOTICE Make sure that each plate is oriented with the selector hole on the bottom and facing forward.

Step 5: Assembly of the Cables and Pulleys NOTICE Assemble the cables and pulleys simultaneously. Assemble two pulleys (29) to the double shaft (18) with two bolts (38) and two nuts (57) [A1 & A2]. Step 6: Adjustment of the Cable Tension Remove the pin (28). Pull up the selector rod (21) and use the selector pin (28) to prevent the selector rod fram falling down [Fig. 1]. Step 7: Assembly of the Stack Guards Assemble the left and right stack guards (13L & 14R) to the left and right upright frames (7L & 8R) with twelve spring washers (56) and twelve bolts (45). Attach the panel (12) to the left and right stack guards (13L & 14R) with eight screws (50).

TROUBLESHOOTING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE General Instructions ⚠ WARNING Do not make any improper changes to the equipment. ⚠ CAUTION Damaged or worn components may affect your safety and the life of the equipment. Therefore, immediately replace damaged or worn components. In such a case, contact the contract partner.
Maintenance and Inspection Calendar To avoid damage from body sweat, the equipment must be cleaned with a damp towel (no solvents!) after each training session. RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES To make your training experience even more efficient and pleasant, we recommend that you add suiting accessories to your fitness equipment. For training equipment like smith machines, weight benches or racks this could for example be a floor mat, which makes your fitness equipment stand more securely and also protects the floor from sweat but it could be also additional weights, handles, foot straps for leg exercises or triceps ropes.
