    • Citrocasa juicers are certified and in accordance with the NSF, UL, CE, GS and TUV safety standards. • The technical data of the Citrocasa juicer is located on the ID plate on the rear of the machine. When ordering spare parts, be sure to mention the model and serial number.

    4. SETTING UP YOUR CITROCASA REVOLUTION Unpack the juicer and position it on a stable and level surface that can bear the weight (net weight approx. 95 lb/43 kg). We recommend cleaning all parts that come into contact with the juice before using the juicer for the first time. See page 13 for step-by- step instructions on how to disassemble and clean your juicer.

    5. OPERATING YOUR CITROCASA REVOLUTION 1. Make sure that the juicer is switched on. The control lamp will light up. 2. Place a container under the tap and fill the fruit supply tunnel with fruit. The tunnel can hold 5-6 oranges at a time. You have to continue to feed fruit into the fruit supply tunnel in order to keep juicing.
  • Page 12 5. INTELLIGENT STOP: The Intelligent Stop function allows you to set the amount of fruit to be juiced before the peel bucket should be emptied. An acoustic signal indicates when the pre-set amount has been reached. The juicer will stop automatically. This will avoid peel jams and peel backup.
