    Locating System Serial Number NOTE: If you need Quantum support, you will need your system serial number. Refer to Contacting Quantum Support. The system serial number is located in the label attached to the chassis (on the side and rear of the chassis), with the following format: QTMCHOU-1234ABCDE5.
