Mini Spray Dryer S-300 in closed
pressure mode with Dehumidifier
and Inert Loop
Reading and following the instructions in this document does
not replace reading and following the instructions in the op-
eration manual.
Configuration
The following instruments are necessary for the closed pres-
sure mode:
— Mini Spray Dryer S-300
— Inert Loop S-395
— Dehumidifier S-396

u Attach the tubing pieces.
u Close the easy clamp.
u Tighten the nut.

Installing the closed pressure mode with
Dehumidifier S-396 and Inert Loop S-395
Precondition:
R The mini spray dryer is prepared. See operation manual
"Mini Spray Dryer S-300 ".
R The inert loop is prepared. See operation manual "Inert
Loop S-395 ".
R The dehumidifier is prepared. See operation manual "De-
humidifier S-396 ".
R The tubing inside the Mini Spray Dryer S-300 is installed.
See installation manual "Mini Spray Dryer S-300 in open
pressure mode " or "Mini Spray Dryer S-300 in open
suction mode ".
u Connect the inert loop communication cable to the re-
lated connection on the mini spray dryer. See operation
manual "Inert Loop S-395 ".
Install the process gas tube to
u
the Mini Spray Dryer S-300 out-
let.
Install the other end from the
u
tube to the dehumidifier IN.
Secure the process gas tube
u
with the easy clamp.
