    ● Piezo-resistive measurement system The sensor responds to measured value requests, type requests and adjustment commands. Signals are evaluated via the interfaces of the electronic drive unit using a Pfeiffer Vacuum control unit or exter- nal units (e.g. PLC or PC).

    6.1 Evaluating the measurement signal Signal evaluation via output interfaces The output interfaces of the electronic drive unit with the applicable Pfeiffer Vacuum proto- col and the Pfeiffer Vacuum parameter set are used to operate the connected accessory devices on a Pfeiffer Vacuum vacuum pump.
